Shipping Information & Return Policies

Shipping FAQ’s

  • Current processing times will always be posted at the top of our “Home” and “Shop” pages. This may vary at different times throughout the year based on our market schedule. Summer and Christmas months will usually have longer wait times due to the busyness of these seasons. We love getting out and into the community, and seeing new and familiar faces, so please take a look at our “Where to Find Us” page for an up-to-date schedule of markets and retail locations, so you can get your treatos ASAP!

  • We currently use Canada Post for all of our shipping, and are only shipping within Canada for now (sorry US and international friends, hopefully soon).

  • Shipping is a flat-rate of $15 within Canada, and FREE on orders over $100 (this will be automatically applied at check-out).

  • We offer free, local pick-up from our home-base, which will be shown during check-out. We will contact you upon processing your order via email, or phone, to arrange a date and time with you for pick-up.

  • We now offer local delivery for $8. This is only available if your address is within Calgary city limits.

    * Please note, if you choose this option but your address is outside of city limits, we will not process your order until we’ve been in contact with you, and may ask for the difference in shipping cost depending on your location. We retain the right to cancel and refund your order should this requirement not be met.

Refund/Exchange Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer a refund or exchange on defective products that are brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery/receival of product.
